Mrs. Loretta Davidson
Serving in Judson ISD her entire career, Loretta Davidson has been a professional educator for 24 years. Ms. Davidson began her teaching career in Special Education serving students at every grade level as well as every setting. She then became an assistant principal at Wagner High School and JCARE, academic dean at Veterans Memorial High School, and principal at Coronado Village Elementary School. In addition to her administrative posts, she has served as the Early College Director, Special Education Coordinator, and several years as Summer School principal for Judson ISD, and is now in her second year as principal at Metzger Middle School. Metzger Middle School seems the perfect fit understanding the student leaving elementary as well as the student preparing for high school and post-secondary education.
Ms. Davidson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She earned her second master's degree in Educational Leadership from Trinity University. Ms. Davidson has worked with students from all ages, grade levels, backgrounds and abilities, offering a unique perspective on student achievement centered on connecting learners' lifelong goals with their academic activities today.
